Fake HapKiDo and TaeKwonDo Certificates all from Richard Hackworth
Due to various complains since 2001, we are showing various certificates that are either outright fakes or not what they were purported to be.
Some certs were only meant to be used as gift items, but have been used by unethical persons as a genuine article. There are available at most large Korea Martial Arts ("KMA")stores in Korea.
A good many of the fake certs, especially TKD, were obtained directly from one man, Richard Hackworth of Ocoee, Florida, USA. His picture is provided. While we are not accusing him of actually printing said fake and/or misleading certs, he has not made good the monies he had obtained in exchange for them and the processing / testing, etc.
Included is a copy of Hackworth's own HKD HaeMooKwan cert; it would be interesting to compare the "Korean" signatures.
